Job Title: Commercial Painter

We are a commercial painting company based in Washington, seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Painter to join our team. As a Commercial Painter, you will be responsible for performing interior and exterior painting on various commercial properties such as offices, warehouses, and retail spaces. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in commercial painting and must be able to work independently and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes
- Apply paint or other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers or spray guns
- Determine the appropriate type of paint or finish based on the surface being painted
- Protect surrounding fixtures and furniture by covering them with drop cloths or plastic sheets
- Clean up work area after completing project
- Communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the completed project

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a commercial painter
- Strong knowledge of different types of paints and finishes
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Good communication skills
- Physical dexterity and ability to work on ladders and scaffolding

Salary: $1600 per month

Location: Washington (Open to all nationalities)
