Job Title: Residential Painter

A residential painter is responsible for painting and decorating the interior and exterior of private homes. They must have experience in painting techniques, color mixing, and surface preparation to ensure high-quality results. The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail, be physically fit, and have good communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, filling holes, and applying primer
- Mix paints to achieve desired color and consistency
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers or spray guns
- Protect surrounding areas from paint splatters or spills
- Clean up work area after completing job
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a residential painter
- Knowledge of painting techniques, color mixing and surface preparation
- Physical stamina and strength for standing, bending, lifting and climbing ladders for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and understand their needs
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary: The salary for this position is $1000 per month.
