We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Washington. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. Your primary duties will include developing project plans, managing budgets and resources, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture management
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other architectural software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Oversee the design process and ensure adherence to project specifications
- Manage a team of architects, engineers, and contractors
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and address any concerns
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and other regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
- Prepare progress reports for clients and stakeholders

Salary: 1000$ per month
