Architecture Manager


We are currently hiring for an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Washington. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our architectural projects. This includes coordinating with clients, leading design teams, and ensuring project deadlines and budgets are met.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee architectural projects from conception to completion.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure their vision is met.
- Lead a team of architects and designers, delegating tasks and providing guidance as needed.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Review project drawings and plans to ensure they meet building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and building codes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Washington. However, we welcome candidates from all nationalities who are legally eligible to work in the US.
