Industrial Painter (Mombasa, Kenya)

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team in Mombasa, Kenya. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint to a variety of industrial structures and equipment. This is a physically demanding job that requires attention to detail and the ability to work with a team.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by removing old paint, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Mix paints and apply them using brushes, rollers, or spray guns
- Ensure even coverage and smooth finish on all surfaces
- Use specialized equipment such as scaffolding or lifts to reach high areas
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Industrial Painter or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of paints and their application techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination
- Team player with good communication skills

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Note: This job is open to Nepali candidates who have a biometric passport. No English language proficiency is required. Candidates must be legally allowed to work in Kenya.
