Our company is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers through regular communication and visits
- Identify potential customers and actively pursue new business opportunities
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors
- Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting our products and services to potential customers
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to maximize profits
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly
- Keep accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market trends for reporting purposes

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role or industry
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are an asset)
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Knowledge of market trends, competitors, and customer needs in the Eldoret area
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for achieving targets
- Available to work full-time, including occasional evenings or weekends if needed
