Heavy Equipment Operator

We are in need of a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Shan, India. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. Your main duties will include safely maneuvering equipment on construction sites, performing routine maintenance and repairs, and following all safety protocols.

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years' experience operating heavy equipment and a valid operator's license. You should also have strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Knowledge of basic mechanical principles is required.

In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for someone with a strong work ethic who is reliable and detail-oriented. The ability to follow instructions accurately is essential. This position also requires physical stamina as you will be required to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
