Database Administrator


We are searching for a skilled Database Administrator to join our team in Gujrat. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our company's database systems. This includes ensuring data security, optimizing database performance, and troubleshooting issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of database management systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with a diverse team. This is a contract position without accommodation and with visa sponsorship available. We are looking for someone who can start immediately as this is an urgent job.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing database systems
- Ensuring data security and integrity
- Monitoring and optimizing database performance
- Troubleshooting issues that may arise
- Collaborating with other members of the team to develop effective database solutions
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Maintaining documentation of database procedures and processes
- Providing technical support to users as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Database Administrator or similar role
- Strong understanding of database management systems (MySQL, Oracle, etc.)
- Knowledge of data security best practices
- Experience with performance monitoring and tuning tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Visa sponsorship available for non-native candidates

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with cloud-based databases (AWS, Azure)
- Knowledge of SQL programming language
- Familiarity with Agile development methodology
Salary: $1200 per month
