Job Title: Moderator - Faisalabad, Pakistan


As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online forums, discussion boards, and other online communities. Your main goal will be to ensure that all user-generated content posted on our platform is in line with our community guidelines and standards. You will also be responsible for responding to user inquiries and providing support when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate user-generated content including posts, comments, and messages to ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and provide support as needed
- Monitor user activity and identify any potential issues or violations of community guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement new moderation strategies
- Keep up-to-date with platform policies and community guidelines
- Provide feedback on user behavior trends to improve the overall user experience

Requirements:
- Biometric passport required for this contract job
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Prior experience moderating online communities or forums preferred
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective policies
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle sensitive situations with professionalism
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
