Junior Computer Systems Analyst



The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong passion for technology and a desire to work in the fast-paced field of computer systems analysis. As a Junior Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating computer systems and their components in order to improve efficiency and productivity within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting research and gathering information on current computer systems, including hardware, software, and peripherals
- Collaborating with other IT professionals to identify areas for improvement and developing solutions to address these issues
- Performing thorough testing of new systems or system updates before implementation
- Providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting any system issues that may arise
- Documenting all system changes and updates for future reference
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to make informed recommendations for system updates or upgrades

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or currently pursuing)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Knowledge of database management systems (SQL, Oracle)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience working with computer systems analysis or IT support
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
- Fluency in multiple languages
