Contract Architectural Designer

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Architectural Designer to join our team in Lahore on a contract basis. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing architectural plans and drawings for various construction projects. This position requires strong technical skills, creativity, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand project requirements and design objectives
- Create detailed architectural drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Develop 3D models and renderings of proposed designs
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for designs
- Communicate with contractors and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Make revisions to designs based on client feedback or changes in project scope

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Designer
- Strong proficiency in CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
