Commercial Architect


We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Khanpur. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as office spaces, retail stores, and other commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their specific needs and requirements for their commercial building project
- Create detailed blueprints and plans for the construction of the building, including layout, materials, lighting, and other specifications
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that it adheres to the design plans and meets all safety standards
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure smooth execution of the design plans
- Make necessary adjustments or modifications to the design plans as needed during the construction process
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Ensure that the project stays within budget constraints and is completed within the designated timeline

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Knowledgeable about building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
