Job Title: Contract Baker

A renowned bakery in Lisbon is seeking a skilled Contract Baker to join our team. As a Contract Baker, you will be responsible for the daily production of various baked goods including breads, pastries, and desserts. You will also need to adhere to strict quality and safety standards while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts according to established recipes
- Ensure all products are of high quality and meet company standards
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed for optimum baking results
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment
- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper food handling practices
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production flow
- Assist with inventory management by keeping track of ingredients and notifying management when supplies need to be replenished

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and recipes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good time-management skills
- Physical stamina for standing long hours and lifting heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
- Biometric passport preferred
