Job Title: Part-Time Industrial Architect



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Almada on a part-time basis. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures, ensuring they meet safety standards and client specifications. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for industrial buildings and structures
- Create detailed designs and plans using specialized software
- Ensure that all designs comply with safety regulations and building codes
- Oversee construction process, making sure that the project stays on schedule and within budget
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect, preferably in a part-time capacity
- Proficient in architectural design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and construction processes
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, colleagues, and contractors

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1100$ per month.

Location:
The role is based in Almada, Portugal.
