Our office is seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Isa Town. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks, and have a strong attention to detail. In this role, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, and maintaining office organization.

Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person
- Responding to emails and sorting incoming mail
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Ordering and organizing office supplies
- Maintaining office cleanliness and organization
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Filing and organizing documents
- Coordinating with other departments within the company

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary: $1500 per month

As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to our staff. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities.

- Overseeing daily operations of the office including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling office maintenance
- Managing administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing documents
- Providing support to staff members with various tasks as needed
- Assisting with financial management by handling basic bookkeeping tasks
- Maintaining office organization and cleanliness
- Coordinating with other departments within the company

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality

Salary: $1500 per month
