Job Title: Office Assistant - Isa Town, Bahrain
Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with experience in office administration? We are currently seeking an Office Assistant to join our team in Isa Town, Bahrain on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks.
As an Office Assistant, your main duties will include managing incoming calls and emails, organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments and meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements for staff. You will also be responsible for ordering office supplies, keeping track of inventory levels, and ensuring the office is neat and tidy at all times.
To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required as you will be responsible for creating and editing various documents. Strong communication skills are also essential as you will be interacting with clients and colleagues on a regular basis.
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month along with accommodation, free visa, and ticket for all nationalities. As this is a contract position, we are looking for candidates who are able to commit to the duration of the contract.
