Slinger for Construction Site in Split, Croatia


We are a construction company based in Split, Croatia looking for a skilled Slinger to join our team. As a Slinger, you will be responsible for safely moving and positioning heavy materials on our construction site. This is a full-time position suitable for men with their own visa.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate cranes or other equipment to hoist and place materials
- Signal and communicate with crane operators to ensure safe and efficient movement of materials
- Inspect rigging equipment to ensure it is in good condition
- Secure loads using chains, straps, or slings
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Keep work area clean and free of hazards
- Perform regular maintenance on rigging equipment

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Slinger or in a similar role within the construction industry
- Valid certification for operating cranes or rigging equipment (if applicable)
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to rigging and lifting heavy materials
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects repeatedly throughout the day
- Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team

Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Split, Croatia (suitable for candidates with their own visa)
