Entry Level Web Designer


We are hiring an Entry Level Web Designer to join our growing team in Washington. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining visually appealing and user-friendly websites for our clients. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a passion for web design and a desire to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers and developers to understand client requirements and design solutions that meet their needs
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to showcase design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders
- Design website layouts, graphics, and user interfaces that are visually appealing and easy to navigate
- Ensure all designs are mobile responsive and optimized for various devices
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered)
- A strong portfolio showcasing your web design skills and aesthetic sense
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or other design tools
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members from different departments
- Passion for learning new technologies and eagerness to stay updated on industry trends

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Washington DC (candidates must already be legally authorized to work in the US)

Preference will be given to candidates from India who are fluent in English. This position does not require prior experience but candidates with some exposure to web design through internships or personal projects will be given preference.
