Barista – Lisbon, Portugal



We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team in beautiful Lisbon, Portugal. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the café area, as well as providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and more
- Follow recipes and guidelines for creating consistent and delicious beverages
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and answering any questions about our menu items
- Operate cash register to process payments accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized café area at all times
- Restock supplies as needed throughout the day
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art techniques is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with diverse customers
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Portuguese is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must have own visa or ability to legally work in Portugal
