Baker - Svalbard


We are in search of a skilled Baker to join our team in Svalbard. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating and preparing various baked goods, such as breads, pastries, and cakes. Your main duties will include measuring and mixing ingredients, molding and shaping dough, and monitoring baking times. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.

To excel in this role, you must have prior experience as a Baker and possess excellent knowledge of baking techniques and methods. Attention to detail is crucial as you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of our baked goods. You must also have good time management skills to meet production deadlines.

As our ideal candidate, you should be physically fit as the job requires standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy bags of flour or other ingredients. You should also have good communication skills to work efficiently within a team environment.
