Information Technology Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Information Technology Manager to join our team in Oslo. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the IT operations of our company, including managing a team of IT professionals and ensuring the smooth functioning of all technology systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all technology systems and processes
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure efficient and secure operations
- Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades
- Manage budgets and expenditures for IT equipment and services
- Ensure data security by implementing proper security protocols and conducting regular backups
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise and provide timely solutions
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide support as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with proven leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of network administration, database management, system security, cloud computing, and other relevant technologies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience managing budgets and making cost-effective decisions
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Biometric passport required
Salary: 1200$ per month + accommodation in Oslo (negotiable based on experience)
