- Pour, spread, and level concrete using various tools
- Smooth and finish surfaces of concrete using trowels or other specialized tools
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment after use
- Adhere to safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to read blueprints or instructions accurately
- Basic math skills for measuring materials and calculating angles
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and machinery used in formwork construction preferred but not required
- Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must have a valid driver's license (or be willing to obtain one)
- Prior experience in construction or related field is a plus but not required

Salary:
