IT Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients and employees, ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems and networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner
- Provide training and support for new technology implementations
- Monitor system performance to ensure efficient operation
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in processes or systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and network protocols (TCP/IP)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.
Location:
This is a full-time position based in Monte-Carlo. Applicants must already be located in or willing to relocate to Monte-Carlo.
