As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of high-end residential and commercial properties in Monte-Carlo, Monaco. Your primary duties will include creating detailed architectural plans, managing project budgets, and supervising a team of architects and construction workers. You must have extensive experience in the architecture field, with a focus on luxury properties. Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues are essential for success in this role. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed architectural plans for luxury residential and commercial properties
- Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints
- Oversee a team of architects and construction workers to ensure high-quality work

- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to bring projects to completion
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design for luxury properties
- Knowledge of relevant software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (French proficiency is a plus)
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines
