Cashier - Entry Level (Greenland)



We are seeking a friendly and reliable Cashier to join our team at a busy retail store in Greenland. As an Entry Level Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and accurately processing transactions at the register. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in the retail industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service
- Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently
- Process cash, credit, and debit transactions
- Count money in cash drawer at the beginning and end of shift
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer questions and resolve any issues or complaints
- Follow all store policies and procedures regarding transactions, returns, and exchanges

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a cashier is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic math skills for calculating transactions
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
