Hotel Sales Manager - Greenland
We are in need of a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Greenland. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue through effective marketing strategies, maintaining relationships with clients and partners, and overseeing the sales team.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Conduct market research and analyze competitors' strategies
- Train and mentor sales team members
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote the hotel
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English (knowledge of Greenlandic is a plus)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if required
