Hotel Sales Manager
Location: Greenland (visa sponsorship available)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Greenland. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue targets
- Identify potential clients and establish strong relationships with them
- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional campaigns and packages
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Train, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve their goals
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and market trends
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Must be willing to relocate to Greenland if not already residing there
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month, along with visa sponsorship for the right candidate. This is a full-time position requiring dedication, hard work, and commitment.
