Facade Maintenance Technician

As a Facade Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the exterior appearance and functionality of buildings in Aalborg. This part-time position offers a competitive salary of $1100 per month and does not include accommodation. Applicants must have their own visa to work in Aalborg.

In this role, you will work closely with building managers and maintenance teams to identify and address any issues with the building's facade. This may include repairing or replacing damaged panels, cleaning windows and other surfaces, and ensuring that all safety measures are in place.

To be successful in this role, candidates should have prior experience in facade maintenance or a related field. You should also have strong attention to detail and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks. Additionally, excellent time management skills are essential as you will be responsible for completing tasks within a specified timeframe.

As this is a part-time position, you should also have flexibility in your schedule to accommodate any emergency maintenance requests outside of regular business hours. This could include evenings or weekends.

Candidates must also possess their own tools and equipment necessary for facade maintenance. This may include ladders, cleaning supplies, and other specialized tools. You should also have a valid driver's license as you may be required to travel between different buildings within Aalborg.
