Machine Operator

We are hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Esbjerg. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery used in manufacturing processes. Your duties will include loading materials into machines, adjusting machine settings, and monitoring production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to read technical blueprints and schematics. You must also be detail-oriented, with excellent hand-eye coordination and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to specifications
- Load materials into machines
- Adjust machine settings as needed
- Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments
- Inspect finished products for defects
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and machinery
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery when needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or similar role preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read technical blueprints and schematics
- Detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
