Facade Specialist



Position: Facade Specialist
Location: Kolding, Denmark
Salary: 1400$

We are seeking a highly skilled Facade Specialist to join our team in Kolding. As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of building facades. You will also provide technical expertise and support to other team members.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facade installation and maintenance
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good physical fitness and dexterity

Responsibilities:
- Install new facades on buildings according to technical drawings and specifications
- Repair damaged facades and replace broken parts as needed
- Inspect existing facades for any potential issues or safety hazards
- Provide technical support and guidance to other team members, including apprentices or trainees
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
- Keep accurate records of materials used, work performed, and time spent on each project
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders
