Computer Support Specialist



We are seeking a highly skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Khanpur. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients and employees. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and maintaining network infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients and employees via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
- Install and configure computer systems including operating systems, applications, and drivers
- Maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Document all support requests and resolutions in a timely manner
- Train users on basic computer tasks such as email setup, file management, etc.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies in the field of computer support

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software applications, operating systems (Windows & Mac), networking protocols (TCP/IP), and printers
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve complex technical issues
- Familiarity with remote control software such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
