Office Assistant
We are in need of a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Herning. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations in the office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month including accommodation.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer phone calls in a professional manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, faxes, and other correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order new supplies when necessary
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Keep track of office expenses and prepare expense reports
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, data entry, and filing
- Ensure that office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
- Perform general administrative duties such as copying, scanning, filing, etc.
- Handle confidential documents with discretion
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
