Office Assistant - Herning, Denmark
We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Herning. As an Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and available for use.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries from clients, customers, and colleagues.
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information or direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings, as well as coordinating conference room bookings.
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages; prepare outgoing mail for delivery.
- Assist in creating and maintaining electronic and paper files, both physical and digital.
- Monitor office equipment and request repairs or replacements when needed.
- Support other departments as needed with administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) based in our office located in Herning. Occasional overtime may be required. The office environment is fast-paced but friendly.
