Office Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Horsens. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1300$.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for key personnel
- Prepare expense reports and process invoices
- Conduct research and compile data as needed by management
- Organize meetings and ensure all necessary materials are provided
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and time off requests
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees as needed
- Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office management role required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy is essential
