Job Title: Office Manager
We are hiring an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team in Horsens. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and office support activities to ensure the smooth functioning of our company. This is a part-time position with the possibility of visa sponsorship for candidates of all nationalities.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all office operations, including but not limited to managing schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining office supplies
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency
- Act as the main point of contact for all internal and external communication
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Manage employee records, including attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed by senior management
- Handle any administrative tasks assigned by senior management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
Salary: $1100 per month (part-time)
Location: Horsens (visa sponsorship available for all nationalities)
