Experienced Construction Manager


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Khasab. As a Nepali national, you will join our team of professionals and lead the construction process from start to finish. Your role will involve planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of the construction project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule construction projects, including timelines, resources, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction
- Monitor progress of the project and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Maintain accurate records of all project activities including progress reports, budgets, and change orders

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Khasab
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
