Dietitian Assistant


As a Dietitian Assistant, you will work alongside a registered dietitian to provide nutritional support and education to patients. You will be responsible for assisting with meal planning, monitoring patient progress, and providing advice on healthy food choices. This position is ideal for someone who has a passion for nutrition and wants to gain experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the registered dietitian in developing meal plans for patients based on their dietary needs and goals
- Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to meal plans as needed
- Educate patients on the importance of proper nutrition and healthy eating habits
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure the best possible care for patients
- Maintain accurate records of patient consultations and progress
- Stay up-to-date on current research, trends, and guidelines in nutrition
- Help plan and execute community outreach programs related to nutrition education

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field
- Registered Dietitian certification preferred, but not required
- Strong understanding of basic nutrition principles and guidelines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Passion for promoting health through proper nutrition

Location:
Dar Kulaib, Bahrain (Candidates from other nationalities are welcome to apply)

Salary:
1600 BHD per month (negotiable based on qualifications and experience)

Contract Type:
Full-time contract position with potential for permanent employment after successful completion of contract period.
