As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy machinery, such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. You will be working on construction sites and other projects, ensuring that the equipment is used safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Follow safety protocols while operating equipment
- Read and interpret construction plans to determine project requirements
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks
- Ensure work site is kept clean and organized

Requirements:
- Experience operating heavy equipment
- Must be able to read and interpret construction plans
- Knowledge of safety protocols for operating heavy machinery
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Physically fit to handle the demands of the job

Preferred:
- Experience in construction or related field
- Valid heavy equipment operator license/certification
- Ability to speak English
