Egyptian Waiter in Malindi


We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Egyptian Waiter to join our team in Malindi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, taking orders and serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all. As an English speaking waiter, you will also need to communicate effectively with both guests and colleagues. This is a temporary position with a salary of 1300$, perfect for those looking for temporary work in Malindi. Accommodation is not provided, so we require candidates who are already based in the area or have their own arrangements.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide them with menus
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Ensure all special requests or dietary restrictions are noted and communicated to the kitchen
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints
- Assist with setting up tables, refilling condiments, and other tasks as needed
- Handle guest payments accurately using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, utensils, and dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow

Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (verbal communication)
- Previous experience as a waiter or in customer service is an advantage but not required
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
