Machine Operator


A reputable manufacturing company in Shan is seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our team. This is a contract position with a salary of 1800$, along with accommodation and visa sponsorship provided. Responsibilities:
- Operate various machines and equipment according to company standards and safety regulations
- Monitor machines to ensure proper functioning and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Conduct routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
- Troubleshoot any machine malfunctions and work towards finding solutions
- Maintain accurate records of production and machine maintenance activities

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience operating industrial machinery, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Familiarity with different types of machines, including but not limited to drills, lathes, grinders, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials when needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical or vocational training in machine operation or related field
- Experience with computer-controlled machinery
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to machine operation
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (Malayalee candidates preferred)
