Senior Architect
Location: Khanpur, Pakistan


We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Khanpur. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of new buildings, as well as the renovation of existing structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and design functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. The ideal candidate will have a degree in architecture and at least 5 years of experience in the field. A strong understanding of building codes and regulations is also required. This is a contract position with accommodation provided. Biometric passport is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and plans for new construction projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide design solutions that meet their needs and budget
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction progress aligns with plans and specifications
- Review and approve project budgets, schedules, and contracts
- Oversee a team of architects, drafters, and engineers during the design process
- Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes and regulations
- Provide guidance on material selection, sustainability practices, and cost-effective solutions
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or changes in design plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably with experience in both new construction and renovation projects
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards for structural integrity and safety
- Proficient in computer-assisted design (CAD) software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
