Construction Project Manager
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in the US. Your primary duties will include planning, budgeting, scheduling, and supervising the construction process from start to finish. You will also be responsible for ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets all safety and quality standards.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of construction techniques and processes, as well as excellent project management skills. You must also have experience working on large-scale construction projects and be able to effectively manage a team of contractors and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Manage all phases of the construction process
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders about project updates
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being completed according to plan
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses and progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or related role
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, processes, and materials
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish
- Proven ability to lead a team of contractors and subcontractors effectively
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in the US is preferred but not required
