Restaurant Manager - La Condamine, Monaco
As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee and manage the daily operations of our busy restaurant in La Condamine, Monaco. You will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, maintaining quality standards, and managing all aspects of the restaurant's financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant, including front of house, back of house, and bar operations
- Train and supervise staff to provide exceptional service and maintain the highest standards of food quality
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to ensure efficient operation and cost control
- Maintain accurate financial records, including sales reports, budgets, and payroll
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and attract new customers through marketing initiatives
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner to maintain customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create seasonal menus and specials that reflect our commitment to using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a management role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of French is an asset)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel) and POS systems
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month with potential for bonuses based on performance.
