Commercial Architect - Odense, Denmark



We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Odense, Denmark. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office spaces, shopping centers, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create innovative solutions that meet their requirements. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture, excellent design skills, and strong project management abilities. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month. Accommodation can be provided for non-Danish applicants.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and develop design concepts for commercial buildings
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that all designs are executed accurately and on time
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensure that all building codes and regulations are followed throughout the construction process
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Location:
This position is based in Odense, Denmark. However, we welcome applicants from other countries who are willing to relocate. Accommodation can be provided for non-Danish applicants.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.

Visa:
Applicants must have a valid work visa for Denmark. However, our company is willing to sponsor the right candidate if necessary.
