Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple projects in the city of Bansko. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from beginning to end. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$, and we are specifically looking for Indian candidates.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software
- Experience working with diverse teams
- Willingness to relocate to Bansko, Bulgaria

Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize construction projects according to timelines and budgets
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals for each project
- Hire and manage subcontractors and construction teams
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion of projects
- Communicate updates and progress reports to stakeholders regularly
- Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction process
