Architecture Manager
Our architecture firm in Sheduva is seeking an experienced and dynamic Architecture Manager to lead our team of talented architects. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and project management, as well as a passion for design and innovation. This position offers a competitive salary of $1200 per month, and is suitable for male candidates who are Pakistani nationals or have their own visa.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of architecture projects, including design, construction, budgeting, and scheduling
- Manage a team of architects and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control throughout the construction process
- Keep abreast of industry trends, techniques, and materials to continually improve the firm's design capabilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate successful project outcomes

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to effectively convey ideas to clients and team members
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving project goals
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices
