We are seeking a talented and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Siauliai. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for our hotel. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market research
- Maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and pricing strategies of competitors
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales or related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
