JAVA Developer

We are a fast-paced, dynamic software development company located in Akron. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced JAVA Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java programming, as well as experience with Object-Oriented Design and Agile methodologies. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing software solutions, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. This is a contract position with the potential for full-time employment for the right candidate. English fluency is preferred but not required. Salary is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing efficient and scalable software solutions using Java
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project requirements
- Writing clean, maintainable code that follows coding standards
- Conducting thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members
- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in Java development
- Taking ownership of projects from concept to deployment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Java Developer
- Strong proficiency in Java programming language
- Experience with Object-Oriented Design principles
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Knowledge of software development tools such as Git, JIRA, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good communication skills in English (fluency preferred)

Location: Akron (open to remote candidates)
Salary: $1000 USD per week (negotiable based on qualifications)
