Office Manager
We are hiring an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Karachi. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and clerical duties, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your main goal will be to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative tasks including filing, answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing emails and documents.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Manage office budget and expenses.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office equipment maintenance.
- Manage office security by implementing safety protocols.
- Handle employee inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Develop and maintain efficient filing systems.
- Supervise administrative staff and provide training as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail with problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
Salary & Benefits:
