Urgent Part-Time Construction Manager in Bergen, Norway

A construction company in Bergen is urgently seeking a part-time Construction Manager to oversee their projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Supervise on-site construction teams and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
- Prepare progress reports for clients and company management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction management or related role
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and construction methods
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends if needed

This is a part-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month. Accommodation is not provided. Candidates must be currently located in Bergen or willing to relocate on their own. This is an urgent position, so immediate availability is preferred.
